Dr Hyson was warm ,caring and at the same time very professional. He explained everything that i needed to have done in complete detail and in a way that was easy to understand.He took the time to make sure any questions I had were answered and that was very much appreciated. I was apprehensive walking into office since we’ve just moved in the area and I was not sure what to expect. I’ve read reviews regarding Roxbury Family Dentistry in Succasunna and all reviews were positive. From the moment we walked in the office we noticed how friendly and accommodating the receptionists were and they even knew my name already. The office was very nice and clean and we knew right there and then that we made right decision of coming here. Bernice came out and introduced herself very nice friendly and polite and led us to the room. She asked the right questions what brought us there and specially what bothered me the most. I told her pain specially on one specific tooth in short she took xray. Dr. John Thewes was very nice and explained to me the best way to correct and fix the problem with best result. We appreciate his honesty and professionalism. Dr Thewes calmed my nerves and assured me everything will be alright. We chatted for few minutes more and that made my apprehension go away. He did the tooth extraction with ease as any professional would. We highly recommend anyone to come and visit this office and you will not regret it .

I needed a cleaning and called Roxbury Family Dentistry upon recommendation of a friend. They were able to fit me in same day. Their availability was great. The woman who cleaned my teeth did an excellent job. Not only did they look and feel clean, I didn’t get that kind of “itchy” feeling around my gums. The head dentist took a look at my xrays and was very professional and courteous. Definitely going to have my wife go here.
Having had bad experiences with other dentists, I can’t say enough good things about them! From my initial consultation to having work done, Dr. Hyson and his team are very professional, warm and kind. Coming from an extremely nervous patient, I would highly recommend!!

My family and I have used Roxbury Family Dentistry in Succasunna for the last 20 years. Even though our old dentist retired, we couldn’t be happier with the Doctors that take care of us now. The staff is always super friendly and I love that I see employees like Joan still with the practice since she was one of the staff that was there from our very beginning here! I recommened this practice years ago to my sister, and they all still are patients here too!! keep up the excellent work

Dr. Hyson and all of his staff are the absolute best. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and knowledgeable and will always do their best to work around your schedule. All of the dental technicians are kind and quick to put you at ease. Dr. Hyson himself has created a friendly family atmosphere while still getting the job done in a concise and professional manner.
Had an appt at 10:30. Got there at 10:15 and they took me right in! They were very sweet and considerate of my well-being at home. All of my questions were answered. I didn’t have any problems at all. Wonderful dental office!
I had a very positive experience in my first visit. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They did not push any unnecessary services or procedures. The dental hygienist explained everything well and was gentle with the cleaning. I highly recommend this dentist.

I am so happy to have met the wonderful people here. Dr. John Hyson was simply amazing. When I spoke to him about the anxiety I had coming to the dentist he made it okay, and we took it step by step. I received a lot of work from him and each visit was a delight. I’m so grateful that I was able to meet him and have the work done. Just so nice to know that I have found “my dentist” I recommend everyone. Seriously, this place was simply the best. Thank you everyone! So happy with the results!!!
I’ve been coming here for years, ever since I was much younger. The staff is always so great! They remember who you are year after year and they are very accommodating! Wouldn’t recommend anyone else.
